INFORMATION FOR USERS OF THE FLYSKI SHUTTLE ONLINE SERVICE
Disclosure EX ART. 13 Legislative Decree No. 196/03 and the GDPR EU Regulation 2016/679 for Customers
Dear Customer,
pursuant to art. 13 of D.Lgs. n. 196/03 (Code on the protection of personal data, hereinafter “the Code”) and GDPR EU Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that the purchase of a trip through flyskishuttle.com website will involve the acquisition and processing of personal data concerning you and any travelers who will benefit from the trip you have purchased.
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
All the personal data that visitors decide to communicate us are stored within management servers located in the two datacenters available to the company:
- at the headquarters of the supplier Dimension Srl, via Diaz 8, Trento (TN) – Italy
- at the GRA-1 datacenter of the service provider OVH, Gravelines – France
- and/or at the head office of Trentino holidays Srl, via dei Solteri 78, Trento (TN) – Italy.
No data from web service is communicated or disseminated. The processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of the Company and are handled exclusively by technical personnel in charge of the processing.
OPTIONAL OR COMPULSORY COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The communication of personal data requested within the various stages of the travel purchase process may be necessary to complete this procedure, and thus mandatory or optional.
The mandatory or optional nature of data communication is specified every now and then at the time of individual data collection.
If data communication is mandatory, the refusal to provide requested data will make it impossible to finalize the travel purchase process.
If data communication is optional, the refusal to provide requested data will not have any consequences in relation to the refinement of the travel purchase process.
PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data collected during the various stages of the travel purchase process are processed for the following purposes:
- a) for the conclusion and execution of the contract relating to the purchase of the journey; data processing for this purpose does not require the consent of the data subject;
- b) for sending newsletters or other advertising material of FlySki Shuttle products and services; data processing for this purpose requires the express consent of the interested party (optional).
Failure to consent to the processing for the purposes referred to in point b) will not preclude the Customer to make the purchase of the chosen trip.
PROCESSING METHODS
Data will be processed by people in charge and managers who will use suitable IT tools for ensuring confidentiality and security. Data storage is carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Code.
The necessary data for purchasing the trip will be communicated to providers of the individual services purchased (carriers, etc.)
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
With regard to their personal data, each data subject may exercise the rights provided for by art. 7 of the Code (including accessing personal data concerning them, requesting their rectification, updating or cancellation, as well as to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons), within the limits and under the conditions provided by art. 8, 9 and 10 of the Code, with simple communication directly by e-mail to the following address: support@thol.it.

CANCELLATION OF THE NEWSLETTER SERVICE
To no longer receive the newsletter service it is possible to use the specific functionality, according to the instructions at the bottom of each newsletter, to unscribe properly.
